Anti-migraine mechanism

Ginger inhibits prostaglandins PGE2 and PGF2α, blocks substance P (a pain neurotransmitter), and reduces TNF-α levels elevated during attacks. Triple anti-migraine action.

Sugar and migraines

Glycemic fluctuations are a known migraine trigger. GIMBER (~34g/100ml) can paradoxically trigger an attack in blood-sugar-sensitive migraine sufferers. INTI (1.19g/100ml) is neutral on blood sugar.
