INTI on a trip: airplane cabin friendly + jet lag
INTI on the go: airplane cabin compatible + jet lag
Are you traveling and want to bring your INTI? Here's some practical information (size, airline restrictions, travel use).
INTI on a plane
Standard INTI size: 200ml concentrate. EU cabin restrictions: bottles ≤100ml in a 1L clear bag.
Travel solution
- Checked baggage: 1 or more 200ml bottles — no problem
- Carry-on: transfer to a reusable plastic bottle ≤100ml, in a clear bag
- Short-haul flights: 100ml is enough for 5-7 days of use
INTI for motion sickness
[6]-gingerol is a documented 5-HT3 antagonist → natural anti-nausea. Solid clinical studies.
- Car, plane, boat: 10-15ml of INTI 30 min before departure
- During the journey: suck on a crystallized ginger cube (another option)
- Comparable in effectiveness to dimenhydrinate (Mercalm) without drowsiness
INTI for jet lag
Jet lag involves circadian inflammation. INTI can support recovery.
INTI jet lag protocol
- Before departure: 15ml/day for 3 days (anti-inflammatory pre-load)
- During flight: 10ml diluted in water (anti-nausea + hydration)
- Arrival: according to local time (destination morning = INTI Tonic)
- First 3 days at destination: 15ml in the local morning to resync
Specific trips
✈ Long-haul flight (>6h)
INTI in cabin + hydration + sleep during target local time window.
🚄 Long-distance train / car
Standard bottle. INTI Tonic in a thermos for the road.
🏔 High-altitude travel (mountains, skiing)
Altitude increases inflammation. INTI can help with acclimatization.
🏖 Tropical travel
Hydration +++. Diluted INTI = refreshing anti-inflammatory drink.
