Ginger and Cancer: Prevention, Chemotherapy, and Chemo-Induced Nausea

Ginger has been the subject of intense oncological research for the past 15 years. Two main angles: its in vitro/preclinical antiproliferative properties, and its clinically proven efficacy against chemotherapy-induced nausea (CINV).

These data are promising but do not allow concluding an anti-cancer effect in humans — human clinical trials are ongoing.
