Étude Clinique sur INTI

Une étude préliminaire a montré que notre boisson fonctionnelle INTI offre des bénéfices significatifs pour la santé. Intitulée "Effects of a Functional Beverage (INTI) Containing Turmeric, Ginger, Lemon, Black Pepper, and Cayenne Pepper on Weight Management, Digestive Health, Immune Function, and Energy Metabolism: A Randomized Controlled Trial", cette étude a été soumise pour publication.

Cette étude clinique de 16 semaines, menée à l’Université Fudan (Shanghai), a démontré les effets bénéfiques d’INTI sur :

  • Perte de poids : Réduction du BMI (−1.3 kg/m², p=0.008) et de la graisse corporelle (−2.1%, p=0.006).
  • Santé digestive : Amélioration des scores GSRS (−35%, p=0.005), y compris les symptômes de reflux.
  • Fonction immunitaire : Réduction de la CRP (−22%, p=0.01), marqueur d’inflammation.
  • Métabolisme énergétique : Augmentation du BMR (+5.8%, p=0.009).
