Does INTI interfere with levothyroxine (Euthyrox®, Levothyrox®)?
Curcumin can slightly reduce the intestinal absorption of levothyroxine if taken simultaneously. Simple rule: take levothyroxine on an empty stomach, wait 60 minutes before INTI consumption. At this distance, no significant interaction. Inform your endocrinologist.
Can INTI reduce anti-TPO antibodies?
Pilot studies with curcumin (equivalent 800mg/day) showed reductions of 20–30% in anti-TPO after 3 months. The INTI shot contains nutritional doses of curcumin — the effect is plausible but not quantified for this format. Continue to monitor antibodies and do not adjust treatment.
Is INTI gluten-free?
