Hashimoto: auto-immune mechanism and the role of sugar

❓ FAQ — INTI and Hashimoto's thyroiditis
Does INTI interfere with levothyroxine (Euthyrox®, Levothyrox®)?
Curcumin can slightly reduce the intestinal absorption of levothyroxine if taken simultaneously. Simple rule: take levothyroxine on an empty stomach, wait 60 minutes before consuming INTI. At this distance, no significant interaction. Inform your endocrinologist.
Can INTI reduce anti-TPO antibodies?
Pilot studies with curcumin (equivalent to 800mg/day) have shown 20–30% reductions in anti-TPO after 3 months. The INTI shot contains dietary doses of curcumin — the effect is plausible but not quantified for this format. Do not stop monitoring antibodies or change treatment.
Does gluten aggravate Hashimoto? And is INTI gluten-free?
