Ingredients
- 30 ml INTI elixir
- 1 organic ripe banana
- 1 handful of organic fresh spinach
- 300 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 pitted Medjool date (optional for added sweetness)
Step-by-step instructions
- Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.
- Wash the spinach.
- Put all ingredients into a blender: banana, spinach, INTI, almond milk, chia seeds, date if used.
- Blend at maximum power for 60 seconds until smooth.
- If too thick, add a little more almond milk.
- Serve immediately in two glasses.
Why this recipe is anti-inflammatory
