Ingredients

  • 30 ml INTI elixir
  • 1 organic ripe banana
  • 1 handful of organic fresh spinach
  • 300 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 pitted Medjool date (optional for added sweetness)

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.
  2. Wash the spinach.
  3. Put all ingredients into a blender: banana, spinach, INTI, almond milk, chia seeds, date if used.
  4. Blend at maximum power for 60 seconds until smooth.
  5. If too thick, add a little more almond milk.
  6. Serve immediately in two glasses.
